Escher Mixers MT Premium Series self tipping fixed bowl spiral dough mixers with hydraulic elevator which tips into a divider hopper or onto a bench with two motors, high & low speed, automatic timers, bowl reverse and bowl jog. Capacity range from 80kg dough weight (2 bags) to 240kg dough weight (6 bags). Ideal for high volume wholesale & industrial bakeries. All standard with Escher’s Premium Drive System specifically designed for intensive use & stiffer doughs. Touch screen programmable controller version available. The most robustly built spiral mixer on the market producing highest quality dough development.
